SUPERSET 1 (5 Sets)

Bench Press - 5reps … Since my goal is to build muscle, I focus on pretty heavy weight allowing me to complete 5 repetitions.

Pullups with 2sec hold - 8reps … For each set, I changed the type of pullups going for narrow pullups, narrow chinups, military pull ups, etc.. I decided to increase the time under tension by holding the top position of each pullup for 2sec.
